HOW DID VICTORIA BECKHAM BUILD HER OWN FASHION EMPIRE?

In 2008, the story of one of today's most exciting fashion brands in the world has began. Behind it stands a celebrity Victoria Beckham. Given her popularity is not surprising that a great interest has caused each new collection of former singer and star of the band Spice Girls. The reputation of now called fashion house, Victoria has certainly 'earned' clients from season to season with her fashion visions.
The magic of Victoria`s collections, which are now regularly presented at New York Fashion Week, consist of the fact that Victoria Beckham would never suggest something that herself would not wear. However, these are still very wearable, elegant, sophisticated and ultimately feminine things that many women, at some point in life, would want in their wardrobe.
In addition, all the pieces of clothing and accessories which are presented to the fashion crowd aren`t repetitive, but from collection to collection Victoria explores some of the new directions in which she could develop her own brand. In other words, she is not afraid to risk and experiment with her brend and at the same time still remain true to her aesthetics. With each new collection, we discover a new element of Victoria`s style which we still haven`t met and that is why the fashion journey with her is always full of excitement.

BEGINNINGS OF THE BREND
As l mentioned at the beginning of the text, it all started in 2008, when Victoria Beckham, in the company of fashion media, gave very discreet and intimate presentation of her first collection. There was an American Vogue, which was pleasantly surprised with what he saw. Although up to this point, Victoria has already launched her own line of jeans, sunglasses and perfume,people weren't expecting much of her as far as designing is concerned.

Vogue was then her dress-ready-to-wear collection of 15 cocktail dresses called success. Also, Vogue decided that these dresses will sell, not because of her famous name, but because of theirs sophisticated cuts and easily adaptation to all forms of the female body. Immediately after the presentation, Victoria seriously understood his ambassadorial role and she was constantly photographed in her clothes, pointing out that she is designing things which she likes to wear.

How has the brand become the main star of the fashion scene?
Each new Victoria`s collection has become more elaborate, complex and complete. Exploring her own style and moving her boundaries and at the same time bringing to the fashion scene some new ideas that were gladly accepted by fashion audience.
Very intuitive in the design process, Victoria Beckham has made a little fashion empire of her brand. In 2011 she launched more accessible and oriented fashion brand called Victoria. It is somewhat oriented to younger audience and works parallel with her primary brand. Today, her clothes and fashion accessories are selling in more than 400 boutiques and department stores in over 50 countries.


EXPANSION OF THE BREND
Just one year later, Victoria has opened the first stand-alone boutique in London, whose modern spirit perfectly corresponded with collections which can be purchased there. The second store she opened in China, in the heart of Hong Kong, and stood side by many successful fashion houses.
It is worth mentioning some other Victoria`s projects, such as collaboration with Target which collection came out in April 2017. There is also a super-successful co-operation with Estée Lauder on limited make-up collections inspired by her favorite world cities.
This season's collection called Victoria is inspired by hers hometown London and its urban life as a distinctive gray mist that is reflected in slouchy cuts, durable clothes in parkas shape and over sized coats. The emphasis of the collection is on line cleanliness, simplicity of the cuts and the classic comfortable silhouette.

The collection of bags for this season, Beckham emphasizes femininity which is reflected in the sophisticated models with practical handles and special design. These „must have“ bags with its design are resembling of suitcases which are decorated with modern metal plates. They are made from luxurious Italian leather and they are available in the cross body variants with a thin handle or the variants of a small suitcase. The Vanity Box bags from the fall / winter collection 2017/2018. is equipped with a secret space for cosmetics and a mirror in the inner compartment that will surely excite all women.

REEBOOK X VICTORIA BECKHAM
Global fitness and lifestyle brand Reebok announced partnership with British designer and icon of today's style, Victoria Beckham, who has joined the global Reebok community of successful and uncompromising women. The Reebok x Victoria Beckham collection is resulting from the co-operation of both brands and it will be presented at the end of 2018 as part of the Reebok Innovation Collective. Which represents an initiative of the brend which the main focus is on the development of footwear and clothing of the new generation, performance and expression.
