One morning in Paris, one of the world’s biggest brand, chose their seats in an intimate French garden with a fountain in center – The Grand Palais. The collection mirrored its botanical surroundings in both freshness and natural elegance.

The house’s signature suits were first to show on a runway. In light shades of purple, pink and green, Coco Chanel’s iconic jacket was reinterpreted with a cropped fit and exaggerated shoulders.

And then came the gowns in rose satin styles with tulip-shaped skirts and floral lace dresses overlaid with long embellishment. Other skirts were folding with the uniform precision in shape of a petal.

There were bodices and jumpsuits which also blossomed with sparkling floral crystals.

"The set was a classic French garden where rose-studded pergolas circled an 18th century fountain. „The garden trope took us back to what the couture season in Paris used to be: a breath of spring wrapped in a prettiness designed to lure customers to Chanel HQ on the Rue Cambon.“ - Lagerfeld said.
At the end of the collection, Lagerfeld saved one special dress to show. Lets look at the rest of this stunning collection.
