THE HOUSE OF COCO TANG

When my friend heard the buzz about the opening of the new Coco Tang Cafe, she practicly ordered me to go check it out together. Us two were really intrigued by it and not to say we were finding a lot of amazing pictures on Instagram. So, l was very excited to finally get the chance to go and see what all the fuss was about. Having not even been to Coco Tang before, I didn’t quite know what to expect.

With a Vietnamese decor and menu , the cafe aims to serve traditional and fresh food giving customers a taste of cuisine from Ho Chi Minh. Hidden down a small lane in Nottingham the cafe is actually easy to miss if you aren’t looking for it. Upon entering there is a small cafe bar where you order your food before entering the rest of the seating areas.

Downstairs has its own cocktail bar and seating area surrounded by tropical plants, lively and relaxing music and friendly staff. If you carry on upstairs there is more seating with an amazing painted wall and even an outside roof garden which would be lovely in the summer!
